Terms and conditions

Payments

Each payment is due on the 30th of each month. All payments must be made in full. We accept payment by credit or debit card for our Lawn Maintenance services. If a payment is delayed for up to or longer than five days customers will be applicable to pay an additional $10.00 or more. There will be no unforeseen price increases made during the season. All customers will receive an invoice for our services via email. 

Cancellations

Mr. T’s will not require you to stay contracted to our maintenance services for the year. If at any point in time a customer wants to opt. out and cancel payments they may do so IF they are not committed to our lawn maintenance for the year. Upon cancellation you will be required to pay and will receive services for the remainder of that month. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to call or text us for cancellations and to make payments for the rest of the month. If the customer chooses to cancel any services that are not lawn care, they will be responsible and shall pay for all work that has already been completed, materials purchased, and any other additional costs for that job.

Yearly Lawn Commitment
Upon agreeing to a full year's service of lawn care, cancellations may not be made until the end of the lawn season. When the agreement is made you will also be entitled to $50 off two hedge trimmings for that season. We are offering the promotion this year to those who are committed to our lawn services. 

Servicing

The days of servicing are determined upon weather conditions. Once we deem the weather fit for lawn care, we will provide our maintenance service you have purchased. Once the weather prevents us from cutting your lawn at the end of the year, the lawn service you purchased will be concluded for the year. Understand that any unforeseen delays, due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, may result in a delay and alter the time of completion. 

Damages

No affiliate or member of Mr. T’s is liable for the damage to underground electrical systems, sprinkler heads, unforeseen hazards, or obstructions that prevent us from completing scheduled services. Notifying us of any obstructions would be appreciated and will be considered.

Pricing is based solely on the evaluation and services provided and do not reflect unforeseeable material price increases, additional labor, or materials that may be needed following the start of the job. Limited availability for services may apply. Mr. T’s holds the right to cancel services at any time. Any alteration or deviation from the requested specifications may involve additional written orders, revision, and addendum, as well as additional costs and will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be responsible for additional costs related to any changes or upgrades following the start of the job. The customer understands that any changes that are made or requested may alter the timeline of the initial service and work to be completed, as well as the time of completion. The customer understands that any unforeseen delays, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, may result in a delay and alter the time of completion.
